I’m a qualified Personal and Business Coach, specialising in coaching my clients for success.

Before becoming a Coach, I worked across many sectors - journalism, international development, tech and public sector. This work was very exciting and allowed me to travel around the world, meeting with and listening to other people’s incredible stories. At times, however, I found the work to be unfulfilling, and was drawn to look deeper into the stories I told myself.

To be the Coach I am today, I had to go on my own journey of deep work as I believe we can only support others as far as we have gone ourselves. Knowing how powerful the right tools can be, I trained as a Coach so that I could share these tools with people like you.

My clients have made me so grateful to be doing this work, to witness their readiness, strength and ability to look within themselves for the answers to their difficulties.
